From circuits to intelligence, and from opportunities to careers — I build things that create impact.
Aeonix was born without capital, customers, or a manufacturing facility. It began with a simple realization: India was relying heavily on imported IoT hardware. We chose to build instead of merely assemble. Today, our team designs PCBs, develops firmware, trains AI models, and builds connected products that are deployed in some of the most challenging environments across India.
But technology isn't the only space where I've been building connections. Since 2011, I've helped connect more than 1 lakh job opportunities with potential job seekers — simply by bridging the gap between those who have jobs to offer and those looking for the right opportunity. From hardware to AI, from software to careers — my work has always been about building connections that turn possibilities into real-world impact.

2011
Starmark
Started with a simple idea: connect job seekers directly with employers — completely free, without middlemen and with less risk of fraudulent job offers. After 12+ years of effort, the platform grew to 2.1M+ organic reach before Meta ultimately shut it down. A journey built on one belief: job opportunities should be accessible, transparent, and direct.
2013
Started Ph.D. at University of Calcutta
Began a Ph.D. in Software Forensics under AKCSIT, University of Calcutta, on a TCS Research Scholarship — later chose to discontinue the program as my research interests evolved toward other areas of technology.
2018
Sparklers — the maker
Started research-and-development work with my co-founder Arijit on robotics, AI and image processing.
2019
Invited to Dadagiri Season 8 (Zee Bangla)
Featured on the show for Starmark's free job-assistance work, followed by the Jiyo Bangla felicitation in January 2020.
2020
Launched Aeonix — a bootstrapped IT/IoT startup in Kolkata
Started Aeonix Research & Innovations LLP with zero external capital. The thesis: India shouldn't have to import its IoT hardware. Enterprise validation followed the same year with Tata Group entities, ITC and IIT Hyderabad.
2023
Official vendor to Tata Motors · workshop at Boral
Received a vendor code from TM-Seating, Tata Motors, and opened a manufacturing workshop at Boral, Garia.
2024
OEM status from Govt. of West Bengal
Empanelled by the West Bengal Pollution Control Board. Deployed West Bengal's first IoT-enabled cloth-bag vending machines.
2025
Defense & national scale
Indian Army deployment. Gangasagar Mela AI sanitation. IPL gesture gaming at sub-100ms latency. 500+ machines in the field. Became an Industry Advisor at EIILM Kolkata.
2026
Going global · Green MSME Award
Opened Aeonix's first international branch in Michigan, USA. Autonomous waste-logistics robot showcased at the AI India Summit. Green MSME Award from the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
